Using Reframio

These terms cover the Reframio Android video editing app and its product website at https://reframio.corvas.in, provided by Corvas. Contact corvas.official@gmail.com for questions. By using Reframio, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You must have the legal capacity and any permissions required to use it in your location.

We permit you to use the app for its intended video editing functions, subject to these terms, applicable law and relevant third-party licenses. Reframio is not a social publishing service and does not provide rights to music, footage, likenesses, logos or other content belonging to others.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights to the media and edits you create. You are responsible for having permission to access, edit, caption and share your content, including rights and consent relating to people, audio, music and other protected material. Using the editing app does not transfer ownership of your source content to us.

Do not use Reframio to violate privacy, intellectual-property rights or applicable law, distribute unlawful content, impersonate others deceptively, or interfere with the app or connected services. Do not remove legally required notices from redistributed components. Restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law or an open-source license expressly grants you.

Automation and output

Smart Clips, tracking, auto reframing and captions assist your editing decisions. They can miss events, follow the wrong subject or produce incorrect words/timing. Review the actual source, captions, framing and exported result before relying on or sharing them. Suggestions are not predictions of virality, audience response or commercial performance.

English speech recognition requires an initial model download and currently supports English. Some detection components may need network access for model/configuration delivery. Performance and available resolution/frame rate depend on the source, device, Android version, storage and hardware codecs. We do not guarantee compatibility with every file, uninterrupted background processing, universal tracking, a particular export speed or the recovery of every interrupted project.

Files, drafts and backup

Keep your original media accessible and maintain your own copies. Drafts store editing instructions and access references; they are not full backups of every source video. Moving/deleting a source or revoking its access can affect a draft. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local projects and models. Android backup/device transfer may behave according to your device settings. Saved gallery exports and content shared with another app have separate lifecycles.

Purchases and subscriptions

The inspected base configuration does not offer active subscriptions; its current editing tools are available without subscribing. If purchases are enabled in a distributed release, the app and Google Play purchase screen must show the actual benefits, localized charge, billing period, automatic-renewal terms and applicable offer details before purchase.

A trial, if offered, applies only when Google Play and the configured offer confirm eligibility. It may convert to a paid renewing subscription under the displayed terms unless canceled. No trial duration or price is promised by these terms. Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play's subscription controls. Uninstalling the app does not itself cancel an active subscription. Refunds, taxes and cancellation effects are governed by the purchase terms and applicable consumer law. Do not use draft or sample prices as an offer.

External services and privacy

Android document providers, sharing recipients, Google Play, model hosting and integrated SDKs may have their own terms and privacy practices. The Reframio Privacy Policy explains the app's data handling and choices. Website links do not imply endorsement of a third party or a guarantee of its availability. Reframio is independent of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok; their names identify possible content formats and destinations.

Product changes, warranties and liability

We may maintain, update or change Reframio and its supported components. We will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law. Do not rely on the app as the only copy of important content.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every automated result is correct, every source is supported, or operation will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable warranties, statutory consumer rights, remedies for defective digital content, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. No arbitrary monetary liability cap or unverified governing jurisdiction is inserted in this draft.

Notices and contact

Open-source components remain subject to their licenses. The provider must supply required notices for the distributed app, models and other components. Updates to these terms will identify an effective date in the published version and be communicated as required by law.
